Build me a website

This is a subscription based website which displays information that admin posts to his user . The user dashboard includes posts that admin publishes, a chat pipeline only to admin, subscription details of the user and a payment gateway to his users. The admin panel consists of number of active users, new post option, chats to all of his users, analytics of his user base like subscription, revenue and engagement ratio.
