Build a website

I would like to have someone build a website.
The website will look and function like www.topratedlocal.com
The business data will come from Google Places
Users should be able to search all businesses in all locations within the United States. Searching/browsing using category, location, or name should be functional.
Along with basic Places data we will need to capture rating data for each Place(business).

A score (similar to Rating Score used by Topratedlocal.com) will be developed to allow ranking businesses against competition.
Claim a business listing
Landing page to claim listing from solicitation
Store (private to users with business listing)
Checkout and payment processing using Stripe
User and Admin dashboards
