Build me a website

I’m looking for a dev who can build me a web page.
The web page is basically a crawler that crawls specific websites. From these websites, I expect it to gather certain elements (Names, location, services, profile texts, prices, and the link to the profile).
Based on this imported data I want a front end where an end user can visit and input search (based on the stored criteria). This will output a search result set with the obtained information.
For example, I want to have all the prices of all the sites on these 2 platforms in 1 database, so they become searchable:

I’m looking to have several versions installed. All on a different market angle (dog food, dog sitters, dogwalkers etc). This means it will be an ongoing job to create new spiders and add new sites to the software.
I’d like the output to function the same as on this website: https://www.dierenartskiezen.nl/ one major function here is that users can leave a review on the, for example, dog sitter.
