Build me a website

I want a website with following Functionalities
A. Developers Portal :
1. Users can create login with email verification / reset / forget login functionality and can login
2. After Login can see week wise lectures with Heading and Video Thumbnail
3. When a Lecture in clicked, it takes user to content related to the heading - Videos + Text + Code + Link to download project
4. Video is not downloadable/ sharable
5. Portal will be similar to learn.unity.com

B. Admin Panel;
1. Admin can Login and manage users registration i.e. disable users login
2. Can upload Videos , enter text, Code, create downloadable project link
