Build a webscraper and a sorting algorithm for an Activity Finder App

We are looking for a skilled and experienced backend developer to build the infrastructure for our innovative web app - Activity Finder. The app will help users find activities based on their input, such as the number of people, budget, city, time available, and chosen categories. The app will generate a list of activities that fit the user's criteria, providing them with a tailored and efficient way to plan their leisure time.
We have a basic algorithm already built which can be used as the starting point.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop a dynamic web scraping system to routinely scrape specified websites for activities and their relevant information. This should include implementing mechanisms to avoid potential scraping restrictions and ensuring the scraped data is clean and well-structured.
-Create and maintain a robust database to store the information collected from the web scraping process.
-Implement an NLP algorithm to analyze the text from the scraped data and assign a score to each activity based on how closely it resembles the user's chosen categories.
-Develop an efficient search algorithm to generate a list of activities that match the user's input criteria (number of people, budget, city, time available, and category).
-Ensure the system can handle multiple user queries simultaneously and deliver accurate results in a timely manner.
-Collaborate with the frontend team to integrate the backend infrastructure seamlessly.
-Test the backend system rigorously to ensure its reliability, scalability, and security.
-Document the entire development process, including code comments, technical documentation, and user manuals.
