Build a web app with dashboard functionality -- 2
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
We need a custom application hosted on AWS that shows certain KPIs targets and Acheivement.
The end user is an automotive dealership which wants to know its acheivement against key sales and parameters.
We have a few reports like sales invoice , service invoice, customer enquiry and test drive reports through which KPIs are calculated using pivot tables in excel.
We wish to automate the daily KPI calculations by creating a web application which allows us to upload these invoice and enquiry files in a preset format and then it shares an output of KPI target vs acheivement.
To make this more elegant, one of our users would update monthly targets at the start of the month for each sales and service executive, managers. All these executives and managers belong to one or more locations. So when KPIs are calculated we can see target vs acheived for any selected person/location/multiselected people/multiselected locations. Additionally, the application should be able to highlight any short acheivements in red, moderate acheivements in orange and Acheived/over acheived in Green. The levels of completion , e.g. 70%/80%/100%, would be open for us to inout using a config panel where we can also create users
Since we have multiple organizations, we would like a super admin console where one user can create an organization, assign locations within an organization and then create users within a location with a reporting relationship to manager.
The KPI dashboard would be visibl to each user for their own performance of KPI target vs acheivement. The manager would be able to see for himself and then for his team members Location head can see for his location and his managers and individually for each executive. The business head can see for all locations

What we expect in a potential winning bid:
1. No template based submissions - we want to interact with people who have read the proposal and seen the excel files and can incorporate specifics of these in their responses instead of telling us they can Generally do it and 'chat with us'
2. People who can deliver it in 2 months or less
3. People who are looking for long term association with future projects awarded in case delivery experience is good
4. People who have experience of more than 5 years in the language they want to build this. We are agnostic to whether it gets made in PHP/Laravel or MERN.
5. Lastly, we understand this is a requirement which is done by us routinely in excel and can be dashboarded by PowerBI. So quote should not disregard the cost of what we are currently doing or what we would incur if we just buy power BI.
