Build me a tool to control job repairs

I want a tool in either excel or access where I can register the job repairs that I receive in our jewelry shop. Want to be able to record the information such as client name, address, date, phone and job repair description.. Give an automated number to the job and have the capacity to take a picture and store the picture to the job repair record and print the receipt for record keeping and the customer. I dont need a fancy or expensive system but a tool that allows me to automate the work and store client record.
