Build an AI tool

I am looking for someone to create an AI tool based on my requirement. This person should have an idea about big data analytics as I require descriptive as well as predictive analysis in it. The tool needs to read the data(in multiple formats) and calculate automatically and publish in the form of calculations as well as dashboards(design skills required)
