Build the backend for an existing Doctor Appointment App template

Hi,
Need to Build the backend for an existing Doctor Appointment App template :

- Admin dashboard
- Doctor login
- Book appointments, doctor statistics, Right
- Allow users to add new doctors or/and modify any wrong information of the existing doctors.
- The informations submitted by the users need to be approved by the admin ( me ) prior to be published.
- multi-language app
