Build me something like TWITCH!

Twitch is an online streaming platform for gamers, we have a rural community audience and are wanting to build a similar service to meet their needs. In a similar way to Twitch there needs to be streaming counts, categories, recommended streamers, donate options, overlaid ad streams etc. We already have a URL and company that will be looking to host so we now need somebody to build it for us. It's essential that it's user-friendly for everyone.
