Build software to read and calculate numbers from QR Codes

I'm looking for developer to build mini software that can read from QR code papers to calculate each card.
Each card has unique number that software has to recognize then software to calculate the sum of numbers and present it.
QR code reader then goes to PI processor for computing then to LCD screen to show results
