Build me a software

I am creating a software with a front interface that is easy to use for the end consumer. It will allow for 100 variables to be added as factors. I need an AI system that takes those data points and is connected to another database to determine the viability.

Freelancer needs to be able to build/ source a database and do full front-end software development and must have AI experience.
