I want for you to build a simple but slick social media site for a custom niche. Users should be able to make a post with the following criteria

Photos / Videos
Location
Posts should be public based by their State/Province first and then become more localized over time to include only the city they are in as traffic increases.
Users will have a basic profile and should be able to link social media
This will be a "drama" type site that will rely on people posting outrageous interactions caught on video or picture.
