Build a simple website with payment gateway

I need a very simple website where users will enter some text and numbers in the search box. If the entry exists in my database it will display on the website some part of the text. If the user wants to see the remaining part of the text needs to pay using payment gateway for credit cards and crypto. I need you do code a responsive website according to screenshots I provide and integrate it with payment gateways.
