Website Flow:
1. End User passes Full Bags to Partner
2. Partner hands out QR Code with unique password to EU. QR Code & password to be printed on hard copy cards.

1. End User scans QR code to enter website, and key in unique password
2. End user fills up form in website with particulars:
Fields:
First Name/Last Name:
Company Name:
Date of Collection:
Location of Collection: (Partner Name)
Contact Number:
Email Address:
3. Voucher will be emailed to end user automatically once form is submitted
(To have a voucher code database backend. EDMs will be sent automatically to EU once form is submitted.)
On completion please send together source code, documentation about hosting and compiling.
