I need programmer who can help me to build "FDA Product Code Builder" with php script. This script will help my clients to look up what is FDA product code for their food items. US FDA provide product code builder form on here: https://www.accessdata.fda.gov/scripts/ora/pcb/index.cfm?action=main.pcb ( for more understand please try to play this form before you bidding and read my requirement below ) but I think it is too difficult for my clients to use because some option is not required. US FDA also provide API to query the product code. So I need you to build the form according to my requirements by connecting to FDA API.
