Build a simple app

Hello, I'm looking for someone to build a simple app for affiliate/mlm management.
In terms of design I want something "modern" dashboard like this for example :

Actually we are a real estate company so most of MLM "existing systems" are not adapted for us. We really need something simple, it should just be looking good and be functionnal. I can give the workflow/spec book.
