Build a simple NGO website

Am looking for a professional to help me in building a website for long term use

the website for the GEN Z (generation Z) which is the definition for the young youth who were born from 1996 to 2012
the website allows the young users to view our posts about environments, social studies & politics, they can comment on our stories and they can share their own stories with us.

we are looking to allow the users to create a profile with us to become a member of our community to receive by email the latest updates and recent posts, also to receive notifications about coming events & seminars

we also will select a case of the month to be the main topic during the current month, the website also accepts donations from PayPal

in order to accomplish these options for our users, we need also an administrator tools to view the activities of our users, publish events and control comments & posts by the users.
