Build a short url service

Hi, I would like you to build a short url service. The basic concept is that a user will come to the website and insert a url they would like to have shortened. They will then be provided a short url of that website. The url will be stored in a DB with the short version of the url. The project will be built using the Yii2 framework.

The service will use ReactJS for the front end, and use an API to create the short url.
