Build me a secured helicopter booking website

I need a mobile friendly website from where we can book helicopter . There are different features like destination , date , one way or two way , no of traveller , nationality etc . User can get result of required search . If they got no result than admin will be updated . Admin will call or email customer . Location of customer , digital signature after arrival for confirmation etc
