Build me a script for automatic twitch clip downloading

I would like someone to create me a script for twitch clip downloading that has the following features:
1- Input x number of twitch streamers (example 20 streamers links)
2- Automatically download any clips that are made on their channels instantly as they start streaming to a set path on my computer
3- Keep downloading all clips that keep getting made till they stop streaming
