Build a robot on IqOption

I am trading binary options by using IQ-Option broker. (www.iqoption.com). I would like to automate signals of a certain website on the internet. The site sends call/put signals several times a day. I would like to get a simple robot which automatically reads those signals and then it opens them immediately on my broker account.
So i should be able to login in a robot by using my iqoption account then i just set the pairs i need to trade , and the stake amount plus martingle factor in case of a loss then a robot wait for the new signals from my source ( the website which i paid for the signals ). If a new signal shown, robot should trades it automatically in my broker account by strictly following the expire time shown in a signal.
In case of a loss, robot uses martingle factor in a setting for loss recovery. But it should skip the next signal and wait for another one in a row ( for a same pair ). Example, if the first signal is call/buy and closed with a loss, second signal maybe put/sell ( robot skip this signal and wait for a third signal) , if third signal loss again, robot skip fourth signal and wait for a fifth signal to recover all previous loss. After loss recovery, robot gets back to original stake without martingle.
This robot is simple without any complicated strategies. It just read the signals from my source and trades them automatic in my broker account. A link to a website which i get signals will be given privately. I need this project to be done as soon as possible without any bugs. Please, do not bid if you think you may waste my time.
