Build responsive website for scheduling appointments with payment and customer account login

Looking for someone to create a responsive website. For scheduling appointments and making payments online for services. The user can enter their postal code and a list of employees names will populate in that area and the user can select that employee, and also see the employees schedule and click on the day and time they want the appointment. The user should be able to cancel or reschedule the appointment. The user cannot make an appointent the for the same day after 11:59pm.

I would need the website to be able to have multiple companies login to their profile and see only their customers. I will also need to take payment from each company using the site and if they increase or decrease users the amount should reduce the payment on a monthly basis.
