Build responsive & dynamic Web Portal for managing dynamic Menu for Food Chain Store(Franchisee Model)

We, Atease4you is looking for energetic people/team for developing an end to end dynamic web-based solution for our food chain stores(Franchisee Model)
3 Main Roles of Application:-
-Foodchain Owner
-Franchisee Store Owner
-End-User
General E2E Idea on Application:-
1. Food chain owners may have multiple registered Franchisee stores across the city/country.
2. As a Food Chain owner, we want to promote digitalization and want to force our franchisee stores to sell items through a dynamic menu which will be shown to the end-user after scanning the QR code only.
3. At Each franchise store, we have a list of Food items available which would be consumed by the end-user on purchase.
4. Our end-user(customer) needs to see the dynamic menu items available in any of our franchisee stores by scanning the QR code of the franchisee store.
5. Item Menu would be always behind the QR code of the Store, Each Store will have a separate QR code.
6. Items may or may not be available in franchisee stores so we need to show the availability of the items dynamically through an updated menu.
7. Franchisee Store owners may change the price of items depending on demand and supply calculation or based on their selling strategy.
8. Franchisee stores can create their own deals(combo/basket) of items on any special occasion like Holi, Deewali/New Year to attract end-users.
9. Franchisee Store can add the size/quantity of items in menu dynamically, say t-shirt sizes:- small(s), Large(L), Extra Large(XL)
10. Each franchisee store will have a separate HTML(dynamic menu) page which will be available on scanning of QR Code.
11. We need a multi-factor authentication login(OTP on Registered Mobile No.) for the Store owner and each Franchisee Store(s)
12. QR codes should be scanned from any mobile device(Android/IOS/Windows) using any scanner app/camera etc.
13. We may have some sample predefined menu templates which we can choose on Franchisee store first level menu creation, although it could be updated by Franchisee store from their admin panel.
