Build me a reputation management software

Im going to start a new digital agency and i would like to know the costs of building my own reputation envoirment.
In the first phase i will use the software for my clients but in a later phase I would like to sell the software to other parties so they can whitelabel.
It should contain something on the line of :
- Ability to monitor multiple websites (ex; Google, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Yelp) for reviews
- Capture Net Promoter Score, survey questions, customer feedback and more
- Automaticly mail notifications for new feedback and reviews in my inbox
- Detailed reports to track reviews, ratings, feedback and more
