Build a raffle web app with Twitter API integration

**Generic proposals will be ignored - please let me know if you have experience working on similar projects**

I am looking to build a simple web hosted raffle app that validates users by connecting to the user's Twitter / Discord

Input:

-users register by connecting their twitter / discord accounts (see screenshot)
-system collects information
-system checks if user follows the twitter account (input by admin)
-system check is users retweeted a tweet (link input by admin)
- system picks a random winner by raffle
