Build a proxy service like other proxy provider

1. intend to build a proxy server that
has the same features other proxy service provider
features to follow:
it's an IPv4 to IPv6 proxy
IP whitelisting: users can do IP whitelisting individually to connect to their ports and prevent
other users from sending traffic to the proxy
IP rotation: Use specify a time(1-60 minutes) and in that time all proxy ports get new IP from the ipv6 pool.
website layout:
sign up(username,email adress, phone number[optional],company name [optional],Address,postcode,password),
choose the location of the proxy, plan choosing, payment options, after payment successful,
will automatically go to the user control panel, according to the plan
purchased the user will get proxy features accordingly,
the user control panel will allow the user to control the rotation time of IP,
User can also add their IP for white list.

2. Admin control panel (Acp)
the admin control panel will allow the admin to view all users
activity (eg: user plan expiry date plan details),
the admin control panel will allow the admin to track user plan payments.
3. User control panel
IP rotation to be controlled via a webpage panel with a custom timer,
in the user control panel, the user can view the ports and IP addresses of the
proxy the user is utilizing,
for authentication, the user can whitelist the IP to connect the proxy,
select the IP location of the proxy.
4. Main Server site features
when the user orders a plan they will be assigned their proxy IP and ports,
according to the user plan, they will be able to get their specific number of ports
that they can change their IP address according to the time they desire
(eg: User A ordered 10 ports and was assigned server IP and was
assigned port 50-60, user B also ordered 10 ports and was assigned server IP
and port 61-70, both users must be able to change their IP rotation time
according to the time they select),
IP rotation: Use specify a time(1-60 minutes) and in that time all proxy ports get new IP from the ipv6 pool.
