Build profit loss analytics using API

I want to integrate taboola advertising API and google analytics API in tables with some changeable values
1.campains level cost and profit loss view and manage daily cpc and budget
2.campaign site level cost and profit loss view and manage site wise cost and profit lost view , bid adjustments and site block unblock
3.entire campaign level site block and unblock it ill effected upcoming campaigns.
4.all dash board pages want to show today report but want to view custom date ranges also.
