Build a product add ons system for a WooCommerce based website

I need a add-ons upselling system to be developed for a woocommerce website. The basic flow of the system will be as follows: Customer Ads a product to cart > A pop up comes with suggested add ons related to the product > Customer selects the add ons and proceeds to cart/checkout
