Build a private server for a mobile game -- 3

I need someone to build a private server for AFK Arena (Lilith Games). The game has a test server on which every event starts 3 days earlier than the official server. I just want someone to build a private server for me to do some tests, with official configs that can be manually modified. I am not an IT guy so I may not make my points clear. Please contact me for further explanation. btw: The purpose of building the private server is just for my personal test as I need to modify some embedded configs.

If possible, please review the game first and see if it matches your expertise because I do not know what programming language AFK Arena is made in.
