Build a php project in a week times

I need developer to help build a php laravel project (Production related) in a week time. This project is intermediate level, not so complex but also not so simple.. budget part u can quote me, and timeline is fixed 1 week. If you can rush out the project within 1 week or less, will even reward u extra if the job delivered perfectly.
