Build me a php contact form
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
as the title says i want a simple php contact form that users can fill in with a few details.
I want to place the file on my webservers, however it must make use of my internal relay smtp server so that must be added, i see many examples of php forms with this online but prefer someone to make me a ready solution for this.
