Build payment gateway in Laravel PHP

Payment gateway or ewallet do following task
1. Add fund via listed e-wallet.
2. Act as a payment gateway to its users and charge users client via listed e-wallet
3. Store users fund into wallet into Self Generated USD token.
4. All users can transfer fund to other users into the platform.
5. User can exchange it USD Token into listed e-wallet.
6. User can withdrawal its balance into any payment method.
7. Also add credit card payments.
