Build me a 1 page 'pre-lunch' website with supporting DB connectivity and SEO

Looking for a well-rounded website designer to design and setup a simple 1-page ( only an image with 2-3 lines of text , a couple of fields to capture the viewer's email/company name or register via Linkedin option and a footer. To be hosted on godaddy
Thinking of possibly linking Zoho CRM to auto-store the registration details or a generic DB. would like advice on the best way to manage the registrations
Research and configure keywords for SEO based on compatitors sites.
Advise and configure supporting tools such as google analytics and other useful tracking-related tools to capture visitors' details, etc.
