Build out / Set up a custom CRM with Gohighlevel or Pipedrive
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are a service based business with a sales team and install team. I would like to build out a CRM so we can track sales pipeline, automatically message reps as a lead is added and assigned to them. Then once the lead is added to the installers calendar it will auto send them the information along with a detailed job layout for supplies and such. I also want it to contact the customer via SMS and Email to let them know each step along the way.
We currently use paper contracts and take pictures of the job site. I'd like to be able to upload all of this to the customer "file" or CRM contact area for future use if needed? We will use jotforms or pandadoc to capture contract signatures.
This is a gutter company that it will be used for. We have used a lot of CRMs and don't like many, figure we will go with some custom Gohighlevel or maybe customized Pipedrive?
Needs to be easy to use, easy to teach, and needs to cut out a lot of repetitive tasks.
