Build an online English learning platform

I need someone to build me an online English learning platform.
I will provide you all the English lessons ,quizzes and videos , and you will incorporate them into the website

The website will have those features :

- The ability to edit lessons and quizzes
-grammar tool
- dictionary tool
- phonetic tool
- some other tools we will discuss

I have a strong preference for an experienced team who has delivered similar projects before
