Build me a notificator for search results of https://www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de/

Hi,
on the posted websites https://www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de/ you can search for items to buy like a fleamarket but online. You can save your searches like you can do it on ebay eg:
https://www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de/s-pc-videospiele/preis::20/pokemon-saphir/k0c227
When you save a search like this you will get notified via ebay-kleinanzeigen but that sometimes takes up to 15 Minutes or more which is too long for good deals. I need a notification as soon as a new advertisment is online.
There already exist something like that as you can see on the screenshot. You get a notification via telegram.
Import is also that it is not limited to 3 searches like in the screenshot. It should be 10 - 20
