Build me new buddypress features for news site

Hi, we have a news site nobartv.co.id
We want this news site to have a community feature where members can interact with each other and also collect points
The points are earned from commenting on news articles, reading news in a matter of tens of seconds / minutes, from sharing news articles, and also from bringing in new members.
We also want the feature of adding points manually for certain members, so we can give additional points for members from activities other than those mentioned above.
There also needs to be some kind of points standings widget, such as the English league standings, there is a list of members, along with location information and the number of points they have accumulated in that month.
I've tried to check buddypress and I still can't find a feature that suits my needs.
