Build a multivendor system on the site

I am looking for the functionality on the https://free-thesis.com where other vendors can upload a product and on approval from the admin, it gets published on the site. The part of the sale goes to that vendor. The vendor and admin dashboard is required. Vendor should also be able to check the statistics.

Along with that a unique page design is also required to motivate and upload steps/terms info.
