Build mobile app for restaurant

I want to develop mobile app for restaurant for customers to order food online.
The app must be in ios and and Android it can be built in Cross platform framework NOT native.
I already have a website for customers to place food orders and the admin panel is ready to receive the orders.
I want to make the mobile app same as the website, so the database is ready and the Apis ready.

The app is very basic app it will have the following features:

- home page
- About page
- Account page (User Register and login)
- View the food menu
- Add items to cart
- view cart
- Checkout page
- Stripe paymeny gateway.
- Order history


The food menu where customers add items to cart and checkout and the order will be sent to the admin panel which is already made.
You can use the existing APIs and the database which are already made and also all screens design is already made so this makes your job easier.
