Build me a messaging app with React Native for IOS & Android -- 3

I'm looking for developers who know React Native, Java script and PHP to work with to update My messaging Platform. Who will be highly responsive, responsible and trustful. They will be hired every couple of months. I'm looking for a developer who will always give me feedback and understand what I really want. Only a small amount of developers will be interviewed after we interview the developers we would take at 7 to 14 days to make our decision and will contact the developer again. The developers we picked will haft to sign a contract. We also need the developer to work fast & don't change their pricing half way.

We prefer a developer who has worked with messaging Platforms & high security before.
