Build a meet-up website
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are launching the new service which helps people to meet up but it is like a marketplace.
Members can sell their meet-up opportunity and other members can buy it.
the exact point will be explained in private messsages.
thus, We are looking for a back-end engineer who can realize the system below.
We are going to take the part of front-end.
just for reference, the attached is a pdf file which briefly expresses what we would like to realize in the end.
[Backend Systems]
-PHP above 8.xx
-MySQL
-Laravel or other major frameworks. (undecided yet. please let us know your thoughts)
[Functions that we want for the project]
1.User registration
-Email and Password input on registration page.
-Email verification to activate the account.
2.Mypage
-Upcoming/Past Dating schedule page.
-Plans edditing page.
-About you
-Personal information,ID card or passport verification form page
3.Sell/Buy function
-verified Users can start selling their plans with desired dates.
-verified Users can buy other users' plan.
-verified Users can ask questions on the plan, and answered questions will be published and the seller can remove it whenever.
-verified Users can send the desired date request too.
-plans cannot be removed or editted when still having buyers for the plan.
-answered questions will be removed once it has been editted.
-sold date will not be displayed as "sold", just dissappear from availability.
4.Listing/Search function
-Listing according to plans' location, sort by time, seach by words
5.Message function
-Seller and his customer can send messages until 1 hour later of the bought plan's starting time. fixed texts, mostly not free texts.

6.Review
-buyer will be able to leave a review about the plan since 1 hour later of the bought plan's starting time. satisfied or unsatisfied or no-show (cancellation), review comments are optional.
-review comments are visible only for the seller.
-if buyer reviews as unsatisfied or no-show, buyer will never be able to buy from the same seller.
-buyers also have hidden automatic feedbacks. (only about no-show.)
-delay is not accepted. it will be reviewed as no-show.
-not leaving reviews for 3 days, automatically reviews as satisfied.
-seller, buyer can apply for cancellation, it reviewed as cancellation.
And in the future function, we would like to ask the same engineer for the functions below.
budget is 700-1000USD.
-modifications or improvements to this project (max 5 changes).
-credit card or paypal payment 10USD to the admin when buyers buy other users' plans.
-email notification when receiving messages
-block users function
