Build me a marketplace

I'm looking for someone to build me a marketplace with Google map integration. The website should hold account information, payment gateway, cookie preferences, SSH certificate, SMS authentication. Project content available and should be completed in 30 working hours with a maximum hourly pay of $18-20 CAD. Profiles will be shortlisted based on previous work.
