Build a landing page website

Hi, I need someone to build 2 landing page websites that are fully mobile optimised.
I have designed the layout using photoshop and developed a flowchart of the functionality.
Task includes:
- Building landing page with PSD design
- Integration of Firebase as the backend
- Progress bars
- Unique urls for each user
- Contact form
- Mobile optimised

I want this built with PHP as backend.
Once I chose the winning freelancer, I will need this done within 48 hours.
