Build a iPad Resturant Menu With WeChat Payment Support

Hi, I Require a Restaurant Menu on Ipad Which is somewhat similar to POS System. Basically, in layman's Terms if i explain
1) when a Guest selects Dishes on Ipad both at the cash counter and Kitchen, the Item is Visible. Cash Counter the item name and price along with the total and table number is displayed and the Kitchen side detail shows the Name and Picture without Prices.
2) The Payment Option require a Chinese Side Related Payment Gateway i.e Wechat Alipay also Supports Cash and Credit Card / Debit Card Payment Option.
3) The POS System Should Have different levels of Access. a) Cash Counter just accepts payments and adds or deletes dishes b) back office level access who handles inventory and accounting c) programmer level who handles graphical part of the software where addition deletion of items on the menu, promotions etc.
4) The POS should be accessible to the owners so they can go through daily weekly and monthly reports of the P/L Statement
5) We need Someone who have knohow about Wechat-related Linking. which includes adding to the Offical account of the restaurant, Adding clients to Wechat, and sharing with them wechat related promotions .
NOTE: Point Number 5 is very important so if any developer is Skilled or had worked in past with these please contact us.
Regarding the Graphical part of the Ipad Menu, we require a clean look and light animation. Category wise, Items Specific to Category, Promotional Items, Hot Items Segments etc. Anything Special you have in mind please do share it in a comment.
