Build a house app using react native or flutter

There're two kind of users - company and guest.
Companies register houses with its info(description, photos, address, geolocation, videos, options like beds, bathrooms, ...) and make them visible public by registering subscription using paypal or stripe.
Guest can free sign-in, browse houses, save search.
