A. This system must be down loadable so users can download it and use it on their systems, Windows, or Apple, it needs to work on all systems offline or online, but the software will need to link with the data base to update information both ways.

Every user is independent from the others and will have their own log in information, the primary in a company or group user can pay for access and have as many sub users under them as they want, but each sub user needs their own username and password. The system will track the users, and the sub users buy location in the world from country to state or region to cities.
