We're looking for an experienced programmer (NOT a WordPress developer) to develop a website similar to the attached file.
Functions: We need the backend to collect all the information from the website. Kindly let me know if are you able to do it, how much, and how long it will take you to finish the project. We will provide additional information later to the winner based on the sensitivity of this project. We're willing to increase the price after the winner is chosen.
