Build a front and back end website, for Medical Bookings with integrations, and payments.
Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP
My Client has a requirement for a front and back end web based system for booking of medical appointments for different sites.
It is extremely important before bidding for this task that you 100% understand what is required.
I will not accept bids from anyone who hasn't read the whole page, and attachments. Please note the project bid amount will be the expected amount to finish the whole project to delivery.
Out of scope creep on the quotation will not be accepted.
The system is a system in which customers, can come to the website and book a service at a selected location, at a selected date and time, and then pay for the service.
Txt message appointment reminders will then be sent confirming the appointment.
Requirements are as below
* PHP Based system.
* MySQL Database driven
* Or
* To be done all in ZOHO Creator if this is possible ?
* Any data on MySQL to be encrypted.
* Front end booking system, available publicly via subdomain of companies TLD
* Back end system to be ONLY available to certain White Listed IP addresses (For security)
* Sage integration (Accounts & Invoicing )
* Zoho Integration or Zappier for (Accounts / Contacts)
* Stripe payment integration for payment merchant.
* Klarna integration for buy now pay later for contract customers.
* Ability to send SMS appointment confirmations via txt message and reminders.

****Backend****
Must be only available to selected IP addresses as whitelisted by the Admin in the backend.
Or 2 factor authentication enabled for admin / staff logins.
2 Types of back end users, staff login (Bookings, payments, invoices ) , and admin login (all access)
Admin backend must be able to create new sites/locations
Admin backend must be able to select which services/add ons can be added to each site.
Admin backend must be able to select which medical professional is assigned to which site on which day.
Admin backend must be able to blank out certain days and times, to prevent bookings if certain dates are unavailable.
Staff backend must be able to create new customer accounts.
Staff backend must be able to create new company accounts
Staff backend must be able to approve new customer accounts.
Staff backend must be able to change appointments, amend bookings,
Staff backend must be able to Edit customers profile.
Staff backend must be able to cancel appointments, and create new appointments.
Staff backend must be able to send all invoices generated into sage accounts. Via Api or download a report that can be imported into sage.
Staff backend must be able to have import feature or auto import of customer data into Zoho.
Staff backend must be able to see order/booking failures.
