Build me a fortune wheel game for my website

I need a fortune Wheel game for my website, for marketing purposes.
The sistem must have a link that will send user to first page that must ask the user to register in zappads.ro website. After registration user will go to the spinning wheel of fortune game that in order to spin it, the user must invite min. 10 persons on watsapp or share the invitation on facebooc.
So the user must send the same invitation link that he received to other 10 persons on watsapp ( if on mobile ) or share on facebooc. After this the wheel will spin and he will find out if he receives a prize or not.
